Yesterday was meeting day again and I am happy to say that I lost another 1.5 pounds bringing my total weight loss to 18.2. It really makes a difference in my stamina and ability to accomplish things - I don't tire as easily as I did. Hopefully pictures will be forthcoming. I am seriously in need of pants that fit - mine are all getting too large on me. The 40 minute treadmill walk/runs almost nightly are helping tremendously.
In other news, 2 great things I discovered:
1. I can take still images from the Dartmouth Webcam and add those pictures to my file of saved pictures from Casey's blog. Cool that I will be able to put together a book of photos, blogs, and newspaper articles of her college years.
2. Found this book at the library - Publishing a Blog with Blogger - and will be able to jazz up my blog with new things. Look for exciting happenings here.
